A lifeline when someone disappears

We are here to help if someone you care about has gone missing.

Our helpline is free, confidential and available 24/7. If a friend or relative has gone missing and you would like support and advice, please contact us.

Our caring and highly trained team will discuss your options and try to help you to get you the support that you need.

We recognise that many people are affected when someone goes missing, and we support both the families and friends of missing people. Where the word ‘family’ is used on this website or at any time to describe the charity’s services, this also includes friends and loved ones.

Getting involved with our work by connecting with peers, raising awareness or fundraising for us can be a great way to engage with the charity and inform more people about what it's like to have a missing loved one.

Involving yourself with our community can help provide you with an outlet at a difficult time. Using your time and energy constructively to help others and raise awareness be a helpful way of coping and make a real difference to the lives of families in a similar situation.

Join our brand new Family Tree and sponsor a named leaf on the in tribute sculpture displayed in our London HQ or set up an In Tribute Page for your missing loved one and create a virtual flower in their honour.

Our In Tribute website is a dedicated space where you can upload a photograph and family and friends can leave written messages for and share memories of your missing loved one. Others are able to make donations to this special tribute fund.

If you feel you would benefit from connection with others who have been through similar experiences, consider joining the online Family Connect Forum. This is a great place for you to meet other families and friends of missing people online, to share and receive support and to get to know each other.
